Dalvine has over 20 years of experience in architectural design and construction administration management. As Construction Director, she has overseen construction administration on numerous projects, for both public and private clients. Working on a wide range of historic, cultural, and educational projects. Dalvine focuses on collaboration with people across disciplines.
Dalvine joined KHA in 2000 and became an Associate in 2013. Over the course of her career, she has worked on schools for the New York City School Construction Authority, academic buildings for the New York State University Construction Fund, and a Federal Courthouse for the U.S. General Services Administration. Dalvine supervised the renovation of historic Doty Hall at SUNY College of Geneseo, and the renovation of two historic pavilions at Yale University Divinity School. She oversaw the new construction of the School of Arts & Sciences, Education and Business at SUNY College at Old Westbury.
She received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Bachelor of Architecture from City College School of Architecture and Environmental Studies.
