Adam Richards AIA

Adam is a Project Architect and Project Manager with extensive experience in adaptive reuse of historic buildings and NYC zoning and landmarks processes. He brings exceptional design and management skills to every phase of a project, from programming and documentation to construction coordination. He has strong interests in sustainability and graphic representation methods.

Adam joined KHA in 2014 and became an associate in 2019. He has served as the Project Architect for the renovation and addition of Orange High School, including a new media center, art, technology of robotics wing. Adam also designed the interior architecture for academic facilities at South College at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and the Advanced Research Institutes at New York University.

Adam received a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Tennessee. He is a licensed architect in New York.
