Michael A. Nieminen FAIA will participate in EDspaces 2020 November 11-13

Partner Michael A. Nieminen FAIA, 2021 Chair of the AIA Committee on Architecture for Education, will participate in two virtual sessions for EDspaces 2020 this week and will engage with school leaders and design professionals in discussions about how architecture and design can improve learning experiences.

In his first session on 11 November, Exploring Intersections between K-12 and Higher Education, Michael will be joined by Susan T. Morgan AIA, Associate Partner and Project Manager / BKV Group, and Alissa Harrington, Senior Instructional Designer / McDaniel College.

On Thursday 12 November, Jason Forney FAIA, Principal / Bruner/Cott Architects, and Tom Huf, Sr. Program Manager UMass Amherst will join Michael in presenting Resuscitating Educational Facilities for Innovative Learning and Environmental Stewardship.
