KHA’s surgical project in Uganda is included in the United Nations Architecture Guide to the UN 17 Sustainability Development Goals

The United Nations has just published the Architecture Guide to the 17 Sustainable Development Goals: two volumes of case studies featuring 128 projects from around the globe. We are proud to announce that Mount Sinai Ambulatory Surgical Facility was selected to represent Goal 8, Decent Work and Economic Growth, for providing access to safe and affordable surgical treatments and delivering a facility with educational and training resources connecting local surgeons to Mount Sinai Hospital in New York through telemedicine.
