KHA Celebrated Open House NY with Tour of Avalon Morningside Park Apartments
Kliment Halsband Architects hosted tours of Avalon Morningside Park Apartments during this year’s Open House NY Weekend in October. Frances Halsband FAIA led the tours with assistance from Nazeela Alli, Community Consultant at AvalonBay, owners of the building. The 20-story apartment building is on the campus of the Cathedral Church of St. John the Divine in Morningside Heights, Manhattan. Opened in 2009, the building includes 300 rental apartments, community spaces, and a 150-car garage.
