Frances Halsband FAIA Named One of ENR’s Top 25 Newsmakers of 2018
Engineering News Record’s annual class of the top 25 newsmakers recognizes individuals who have “served the best interests of the construction industry and their communities.” ENR selected Frances for her work in rallying the members of the AIA College of Fellows to endorse an anti-abuse and anti-harassment resolution to amend the AIA’s Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct, which was introduced and approved at the 2018 AIA Annual Meeting.
